Aura Terms and Subscriptions
Aura · Updated September 23, 2026
Use of Aura is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . This summary explains Aura subscriptions; it does not replace that license or App Store terms.
Aura offers monthly and annual subscriptions that renew automatically. The applicable plan, period, currency and amount are shown in the store before you confirm your purchase. Apple processes payment through your Apple account, and the subscription renews until you cancel it under App Store terms.
To change plans, check the next renewal or cancel, open Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription in Aura or the Subscriptions section of your Apple account. Turning off renewal is not a refund and does not immediately remove an access period that Apple still considers valid. Apple help: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428 .
Restore purchases checks valid access associated with your App Store purchases. It does not restore your database, routines, history or photos; recover those through Aura backups. You do not need to create an Aura account.
Existing installations that Aura recognizes as predating the introduction of subscriptions keep permanent access. They do not need a retroactive subscription. This installation access is not an App Store purchase and is not transferred through Restore purchases.
If a new subscription expires, you can still view and export your data and finish a workout already in progress. Starting another session requires renewal and confirmed access. Offline, Aura uses valid access available from the purchase service; a new purchase or restoration is not guaranteed to work offline.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Before deleting it, consider exporting your data to an appropriate location. For support or privacy questions, email auragymtracker@gmail.com and read Aura's Privacy Policy.
